Yes. Before assignment, caregivers complete required screening, onboarding, and employment steps, including applicable background and health-clearance requirements. Caregivers assigned to driving duties also complete driving-related review. Our caregivers are employees, not independent contractors.

Yes. Our in-home consultation is free and carries no obligation. A Care Coordinator will learn about your loved one's needs, preferences, and routine and explain the available non-medical care options.
