Allen and Eyesun have been leading Better Choice Care with a shared commitment to compassionate, high-quality in-home care. Over the years, the organization has grown beyond office walls and into the homes and lives of the individuals and families it serves. Their dedication to helping others is reflected not only in their work, but in how they lead each day—with integrity, empathy, and genuine care.
With a strong background in engineering and problem-solving, Allen brings a thoughtful, systems-driven approach to care delivery, always focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Eyesun’s people-centered mindset, creativity, and attention to human experience help shape a culture that values caregivers and respects the unique needs of every client. Together, they lead with humility, kindness, and a deep respect for both caregivers and families.

Our Staff
We carefully select and support every caregiver at Better Choice Care. Each caregiver is personally interviewed, reference-checked, and completes a comprehensive screening process that may include FBI and Department of Justice background checks, drug screening, TB clearance, and driving record review when applicable. Caregivers maintain required state registration and valid documentation.
All caregivers complete thorough orientation and safety training, receive ongoing supervision from our Care Managers, and are thoughtfully matched with families to ensure the best fit. For your peace of mind, every caregiver is insured and bonded.
Availability
Care services are available 24/7. Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with on-call support available at all times.
