Allen and Eyesun have been leading Better Choice Care with a shared commitment to compassionate, high-quality in-home care. Over the years, the organization has grown beyond office walls and into the homes and lives of the individuals and families it serves. Their dedication to helping others is reflected not only in their work, but in how they lead each day—with integrity, empathy, and genuine care.
With a strong background in engineering and problem-solving, Allen brings a thoughtful, systems-driven approach to care delivery, always focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Eyesun’s people-centered mindset, creativity, and attention to human experience help shape a culture that values caregivers and respects the unique needs of every client. Together, they lead with humility, kindness, and a deep respect for both caregivers and families.

Our Staff
We carefully select and support every caregiver on our team. All caregivers are personally interviewed and reference-checked before joining Better Choice Care.
Prior to hire, caregivers complete a comprehensive screening process, which may include background checks with the FBI and Department of Justice, drug screening, tuberculosis clearance (test or X-ray), and driving record review when applicable. Caregivers are required to maintain valid auto insurance, a current driver’s license, and registration with the California Department of Social Services, along with applicable documentation.
Every caregiver participates in a thorough orientation and safety training program upon hire. Our Care Managers provide ongoing supervision and thoughtfully match caregivers with families to ensure the best possible fit and quality of care. All caregivers are insured and bonded for added peace of mind.
Availability
Care services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on-call staff are available around the clock to provide support whenever it’s needed.
